Change it or change your perspective.

Have you ever found yourself complaining about something and then the revelation hit you–“Wait, this doesn’t have to be my reality”?!

It’s empowering, isn’t it?! We can not consistently play the victim to our own lives. We have the ability to do something different, change things up, go a different route; However, sometimes, it’s just easier to complain. To stay there. To dwell, nag, or avoid.

You staying as you are, doing what you’re doing, and not looking forward to your life is your own fault.

And if you can’t change your circumstances? Then you need to change your PERSPECTIVE.

Do you rehearse the negative more than you speak life about the positive? Do you expect disappointment and and therefore your pessimism has become your filter? Do you approach life as though the Lord is Not on your side?

Friend, it is time we assume some serious responsibility for our lives and our mindset. Realize the authority you have as a child of the King. Stop listening to nonsense that feeds your doubts. Trust that He is working behind the scenes and be obedient with what He has asked of you for now.

The Bible literally says: “Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do, he will do also; and greater works than these he will do; because I go to the Father.” (John 14:12)

So actually BELIEVE in Him. Believe in the works that He did and does and will do. Believe that your purpose can never be compromised by your past but it can be prevented by keeping a defeated perspective.

Attack your Wednesday with some serious revelation of your Jesus, k?
