Shipping time is typically 3-5 business days (after processing). Delays are expected for shipping due to the influx of packages around the holidays. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee Christmas deliveries, however if you order by December 10th, orders are expected to arrive by Christmas.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
If you are not happy with your order, we do accept returns on products that are unused and undamaged. All sets and bundles must be returned in full. Refunds will be issued for your item(s) after the return has been received. Returns incur a 10% restocking fee plus return shipping. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

DAMAGED / INCOMPLETE ORDERS
If you receive a damaged product or part of your order is missing, please report within 2 weeks of delivery to qualify for a replacement. Email email@example.com and be sure to include your name, order number and photos of the damaged product and shipping container if applicable.

If you have an attempted delivery notice, the carrier should attempt another delivery the next business day. If there is an issue, please contact your local post office.
If your package is marked as delivered and you have not received it, please allow 48 hours for it to be delivered. If it still has not arrived, or if it has been marked as lost, please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
