I’ve felt this personally. In busy seasons, aka life, having something simple and practical has been essential—not another thing to manage, but something that helps corral my thoughts, steady my heart, and bring me back to what’s true. It’s helped me be present for the life I’m actually living, not just rushing through it.
And to be honest, I really need to work on this. I feel the tug, which is why this tool feels so timely.
