Jesus, thank You for meeting me here—right at the start of this week.
Before anything unfolds.
Before I know what’s coming.
Before I have answers.
Thank You that You are already present in every moment I haven’t lived yet.
Thank You that nothing ahead of me is hidden from You, rushed by You, or too heavy for You to hold.
As I step into this week, I’m grateful that I don’t have to carry it alone.
Grateful that Your peace isn’t something I earn—it’s something I receive.
Grateful that You care most about the inner sanctuary of my soul—You fight for it.
I’m noticing how quickly my mind can fill with noise, even when nothing is actually wrong. And yet, You invite me into a different way of living—one where trust steadies my thoughts and surrender softens my heart.
So today, will you help me?
Guard my mind and slow me down.
Help me be a person whose peace is rooted in You, not my circumstance.
Remind me that Your presence is the most valuable thing I have access to. It is what I’m craving.
Teach me to recognize when I’m gripping instead of trusting.
Help me slow down enough to name what’s mine to carry—and what belongs to You.
Remind me that peace doesn’t begin with certainty, but with surrender.
This week, help me practice trust in ordinary ways:
Stay present.
• Pausing before reacting.
• Praying before fixing.
• Taking the next faithful step.
• Taking deep breaths and releasing stress.
• ENJOYING LIFE!
Thank You that You are sovereign, steady, and near.
That You see the whole picture and still walk patiently with me through each small step.
Because of You, I approach uncertainty with anticipation and great hope! All is an opportunity to watch You work, to partner with You as the world learns who You are—that is the point for everything.
So I release this week into Your hands—what I can see and what I can’t.
I choose trust over tension.
Peace over pressure.
Presence over hurry.
Because You are in control, I enter this week with a sound mind.
Because You are always who you say you are, I enter this week with a peaceful heart.
Teach me how to walk this week abiding in You.
Under the shadow of Your wings, I find the richest life 🤍
