A prayer for peace when you don't know what's ahead

Another Monday—another M I R A C L E!
Thank You, Jesus. I’m so grateful for more time: a new week. A fresh start.

Jesus, sometimes I forget that Your nearness is the greatest gift of all. I chase clarity, I crave answers, I want control—but what my soul really needs is You. When everything else feels shaky, You are steady. When my heart feels weary, You are strength. When my thoughts spin, You are peace that holds me together.

Thank You that I don’t have to measure up or figure it all out to belong here. You already made a way. You already called me Yours. You already chose to stay. I don’t have to fear being too much or not enough, because You are more than enough.

Father, remind me that my worship is not wasted. Even when it feels small, it is planting something eternal. My praise shifts the atmosphere—not because I’m strong, but because You are strength itself. My peace isn’t built on changing circumstances; it’s anchored in Your unchanging goodness.

So today, I trade striving for surrender.
I release the pressure to know, to control, to carry it all.
I choose to walk lighter because You carry me.
I choose gratitude because You are faithful.
I choose joy because You are near.

You’re not delayed. You’re not distracted. You’re not distant. You are here, and You are enough. Always.
