Another opportunity to take Him at His Word, hold fast to His character, and depend on conversation with Him in prayer. Another chance to live intentionally and build a life of meaning.
Jesus, thank You!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank You for it all. Thank You for the breath in my lungs—may I not take that for granted.
Your mercy woke me up as it whispered to my mind, “watch the gate. Accept what looks like Me and be kind to yourself.”
Your grace kept my heart beating as it assured it, “You have divine purpose in this day. Be courageous.”
Your strength infused power into my body as it moved into another day and You whispered, “let your devotion to Me lead your discipline. Walk freely and lightly.”
Your tenderness stirred my spirit as you prepared me for what’s ahead, saying, “I will be with you. I have all that you need.”
Father, thank You. Life feels so fast and yet, the more I live it, I feel the pressing to go slow. Help me be intentional and disciplined, while remembering that the greatest testimony to the watching world is a peaceful heart that walks in JOY, even when it rains 🤍
