But you have been SET APART. Prepared. Readied for this day and positioned by the Author of Life Himself.
Have you talked to Him today? Given Him thanks for the new week? Asked Him to open your eyes to what you can’t see? Surrendered to Him what you aren’t supposed to see or know or have access to yet? Released your own timeline so that you could lean into His?
Jesus, we THANK YOU!!!!
We were blind but now—we see. Your grace has invaded our souls, despite our forgetfulness and fears and facades. You watch us turn up the voices of the world and You never grow tired of whispering truth to our souls.
“Hey…I see that obstacle…you don’t realize the strength inside of you.”
“Hey…you picked back up the brick…Will you give it back to Me?”
“Hey…I see your loneliness…I’m so sorry things feel so heavy but I have not forsaken you.”
“Hey…I know they are lost but they are mine to handle. Let me do my job and you do yours—love them.”
“Hey…I am so proud of you—before you ever contribute anything, I look at you with joy and admiration.”
Thank You for it all Father.
To be honest, some days, especially Mondays, can reign thick with obligations and things we want to avoid. Will You give us the fortitude and faithfulness to remain obedient and show up with excellence? Plant us securely in You.
We have the armor of God—every piece of us is protected.
We have the army of Heaven on our side—what can man do to us?
We have the hope of Heaven on our side—our joy and our peace are not in jeopardy.
Grateful.
