• Help me trade striving for stillness.
• Help me believe that being here—with You—is enough for today.
• Help me stay open when I feel the urge to shut down.
• Help me respond with grace instead of reacting from fear.
• Help me rest in the fact that I don’t have to hold it all together.
• Help me let love, not hurry, set the pace for my day.
• Help me return to joy and gratitude over and over and over again!
