Speak this over your week:

Sunday is here and a fresh week is ahead. Oh Jesus, how grateful are we. With the excitement and hope of alllllllll it could hold, we also feel slight pings of uncertainty begin to tap on the corners of our minds—and there You pull us in and ask yet again, “Will You trust Me there, too?”

🤍 We will recognize that we are not victims of our schedules and direction is a choice. We’re allowed to slow down and ask: “Is this worth my energy?” Not everything gets to have our strength. Not everything deserves our concern. We will be wise and let the Holy Spirit determine our yes and our no.

🤍 We will believe that our “normal” is not set in stone. Just because we’ve done it one way doesn’t mean we always have to—we are always free to pivot and choose the better way. If it’s draining us, distracting us, or diminishing us—it’s okay to release it.

🤍 We will choose depth over visibility. We will choose strong roots over the temporary pleasing or impressing of others. We know that what lasts is often grown in quiet places, where only God sees—and that will be enough for us. We commit to faithfulness in the ordinary and the unseen—which is sacred.

🤍 We will give more voice to God’s presence than to our problems. Yes, the challenges are real and they are hard and life wears on us—but so is His nearness. His presence is greater. Stronger. More sure than anything. We’ll let His peace speak louder than our fear.

🤍 We will put down what distracts us so we can pick up what gives life. Our phones can wait. These people, these moments, this breath—they can’t. We won’t let it pass us by. We will embrace the wonder and hardship of the season we are in and be FULLY AWAKE to it.

🤍 We will care deeply without carrying what isn’t ours to hold. We can show up in love without fixing, rescuing, or absorbing. God never asked us to be their savior—just to be present. We will stay within our realm of control and walk lightly here.

🤍 We will walk into this week knowing God is with us. We don’t have to muscle through—He offers strength for every step. And here, we get to choose joy!!!! Unbridled, constant, Heavenly joy because we have the companion of Jesus.
