REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If you are not happy with your order, we do offer returns & exchanges on products that are unused and undamaged. All sets and bundles must be returned in full. Refunds will be issued for your item(s) after the return has been received. Returns incur a 10% restocking fee plus return shipping. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
DAMAGED / INCOMPLETE ORDERS
If you receive a damaged product or part of your order is missing, please report within 2 weeks of delivery to qualify for a replacement. Email email@example.com and be sure to include your name, order number and photos of the damaged product and shipping container if applicable.
