Our team is working hard to hand pick and ship your order! Processing times are typically 2-5 business days, but please understand that processing times typically increase during the holidays.
Once your order has been packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS (sometimes UPS) tracking number!
Shipping time is typically 3-5 business days (after processing). Delays are expected for shipping due to the influx of packages around the holidays. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee Christmas deliveries, however if you order by December 10th, orders are expected to arrive by Christmas.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
If you are not happy with your order, we do accept returns on products that are unused and undamaged. All sets and bundles must be returned in full. Refunds will be issued for your item(s) after the return has been received. Returns incur a 10% restocking fee plus return shipping. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

DAMAGED / INCOMPLETE ORDERS
If you receive a damaged product or part of your order is missing, please report within 2 weeks of delivery to qualify for a replacement. Email email@example.com and be sure to include your name, order number and photos of the damaged product and shipping container if applicable.
We're recommending you place your orders for Christmas gifts by Friday, December 9th!
We can't guarantee Christmas deliveries, but this should give us ample time to pack + ship your orders in time to make it under the tree!

If your order says it has been delivered, but you have not received it, please wait 2 business days before contacting us. Occasionally, during the hustle and bustle of this time of year, packages get marked as delivered when they arrive at the final carriers destination and get delivered to you shortly after. If your package is damaged or deemed lost, please let us know and we will assist you!
