Oftentimes, discipline looks like rest.

Lord, You are good in everything that You do and in ALL that You are. Your hand painted the sunrise once again, as it breathed new life into the world that often forgets to praise You. Thank You 😭

⭐️ Discipline is the showing up and the strategizing and the doing of the hard things…and it’s also REST. Oftentimes, rest is actually the harder thing to do because it feels passive and uncomfortable—but it saves you.

🌟 At any moment, in any season, you can choose to pivot. You can recalibrate and reset your gaze, no matter how long you’ve operated in a certain way. God loves to reposition you as you lean in!

⭐️ Holy and pleasant boundaries are loving, caring, and kind to everyone, even when it doesn’t feel like it. If it honors God, it is for the protection of all of His people.

🌟 Kingdom timing considers every desire, knowing that what you want isn’t always what you need. But it’s preparing you. It considers every detour, aware of what will surprise you, but it already knew. And every difficulty, aware that God is the Waymaker. He will do what only He can do.

🌟 Feeling hidden isn’t a curse because you are seen by the King of Kings. In today’s culture, anonymity protects the soul from platforms it can’t sustain.

⭐️ Faithfulness is success. God isn’t consumed by your output; His focus is your attention + obedience. Perhaps production is the idol that costing you faithfulness.

🌟 Your peace is your peace. You get to fixate on Jesus or let the world + others determine it. You get to decide.

⭐️ When God looks at you, He sees Jesus. Himself. Holy, blameless, and pure. The raw version is very good to Him.

🌟 Sometimes, the chaos that ensues around you robs you of the realization that you’re in the middle of many answered prayers you’ve probably forgotten you prayed! Reflect on where God has brought you.

⭐️ Prayer is your superpower. It activates faith, even when it feels robotic or hard-pressed….just talking to Jesus…let your inner chatter be known to Him as He works it through the filter of truth with you.

Goodness…it is the well that’s running over. Your life is the result of a good God. Your legacy will be determined by how much you’re awake to it 🤍
