If your order says it has been delivered, but you have not received it yet, please wait one more business day for delivery. We oftentimes use a method of shipping where UPS hands off the package to USPS, and sometimes it gets marked as delivered at the hand off. If it still hasn't arrived after one additional business day,
let us know!
